On a sunny day of early spring our Civil students explored Shiplift Niederfinow: a technical masterpiece, protected industrial monument and oldest working boat lift in Germany since 1934. A group of MET & IET Students visited the GAME SCIENCE CENTER BERLIN -The world's first museum of the future. They enjoyed an interactive walk through a lovely curated selection of innovative technologies and creative projects. The GSC Staff gave background information on the developer teams and projects. 300 m2 exhibition space, 20 exhibits & more than 40 stations were there to be explored by our students. .......read more

Prof. El Khafif & GUC Berlin Civil Students followed the traces of the Cold War in the Berlin underground. They explored two bunkers: the civil defense shelter “Blochplatz”, an air raid shelter from WWII, and the “modern” bunker & multipurpose facility at Subway Station Pankstrasse, built 1977 to protect up to 3300 citizens in case of a possible nuclear war........read more

GUC Berlin had a presentation in the Foyer of Fontanehaus beside Ernst-Litfaß-School and FU Berlin. The interactive presentation of GUC with the games was a great opportunity and attracted many to come over from the main hall. The games presented were a big success and the youngsters were lining up to try them.
